As early as her preschool days, Katie answered her parent’s questions about how to operate their home computer,

a Macintosh 128K with the glowing neon green screen.

Katie’s artistic tendencies grew as a child from using the back seat of the family car as a canvas to her bedroom redecorating obsession as a teenager. Piano and painting lessons further increased her artistic appetite. It was during college that Katie learned how to combine her two passions—computers and design—and she’s been at it ever since.

After several years of working full time in the advertising world, Katie decided to step out and take her freelance business to the next level. Being a business owner has been both rewarding and challenging—thankfully, she inherited her father’s driving work ethic and “night owl genes”.
